Q: How long will it take before my appliance ships?

A: These servers are built to order and have an average lead time of 4 weeks before shipment. 

Q: Now that I have my server, how do I get it up and running? 

A: Our quick start guide will be included in your shipment.

Q: Is my appliance covered under warranty?

A:  Your appliance purchase includes 39 month Next Business Day ProSupport. An additional 4-hour upgraded warranty option is available.  

Q: Does the appliance come with the software already installed? 

A:  Yes it does! However, you will still need to purchase your license key to activate the software directly from your Quest sales representative.

Q: My license key is not working, what now? 

A: Please create a service request at https://support.quest.com/contact-us/licensing. If you need to talk with a representative, please call Quest at 1-949-754-8068.

Q: The hardware seems to be having issues, who do I call?

A: Please call Dell ProSupport line at 1-800-456-3355 or enter a service tag at http://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/us/en/19/contactus/Dynamic. Q. Can you ship internationally?

A. At this time we are only able to ship to North America and Europe. Our products ship from the United States. For all international shipments, the importer will be responsible for all import fees, duties and taxes.

Q. I need to transfer my asset, how do I go about doing that? 

A. Please visit https://www.dell.com/support/assets-transfer/us/en/04/#/Identify for instructions on transferring assets. 

Q. I'm a Quest Platinum/Gold/Silver/Global/Registered/Distributor Partner. How do I receive my partner pricing? 

A. Please click here and follow the instructions for creating a partner login.  Once your partnership status is verified, use your login to place your orders.  

Q. I am placing a large order and need a quote before I complete my purchase. Who can I contact?
